Position1: Technical Consultant
Responsible to: Project Manager
Job Profile:
This is a challenging role within a dynamic, growing organization working with our client's customer and partner project delivery teams to provide technical architecture and best practice support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the lead solutions design role from inception to operational deployment for our client's project deliveries.
- Take ownership of all of the technical issues that need to be resolved to ensure a successful customer delivery
- Present and lead technical workshops with our client's customers and partners alike
- Lead and manage a team of Software Engineers in the delivery of a customer solution
- Provide clear technical support and guidance to the company's Project Manager in relation to all technical issues affecting the delivery of a customer project.
- Provide ownership for technical architecture adherence / divergence and provide guidance to project delivery teams
- Promote a culture of innovation within the project delivery team by supporting and developing innovative applications of technology, and by building enthusiasm for the opportunities offered by future technologies
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the Sales and Account Management teams in the company.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- 5 years experience working in technical roles within solutions delivery
- 5 years experience in solutions design and development with strong Java, C/C++ experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience of four or more of the following technologies; enterprise workflow, knowledge management, web services, Java, XML/XSL and relational databases.
- A minimum of 2 years experience of providing estimates for development tasks for inclusion in bid responses or customer change control requests
- Ability to think creatively and inspire others to do the same
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and at all levels of an organization.
Desirable Requirements:
- A degree in a Computing-related discipline
- Experience of working with and deploying CRM software solutions
- A minimum of 2 years experience of managing teams.

Position2 : Software Applications Engineer
Responsible to: Professional Services Technical Consultant
Job Profile:
The role of software applications engineer in our client's Professional Services team is a key to our client's ability to create, configure and develop Customer Relationship Management solutions using the company's Frontline product set for their customer base. FrontLine is a flexible, multi-channel, web-enabled state of the art contact management system for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), primarily aimed at the Government markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing innovative design specifications to deliver business process requirements and those that will require programmatic integration to other applications
- The implementation of design specifications either through configuration of the Frontline product or programmatic integration to other applications or a combination of both
- Producing test specifications to functionally test the business requirements and executing the component tests/li>
- Working with third party application suppliers to integrate their application with Frontline as part of solution delivery to their customer
- Working on customer sites to present designs, conduct installations and upgrades, demonstrate Frontline functionality and assist with both integration testing and customer acceptance testing activities as required
- Be able to work on more than one project simultaneously.
- Providing accurate estimations of the likely timescales required to complete tasks that will form part of a project delivery
- Assisting the Professional Services Technical Consultant where necessary in the resolution of any project related issues of a technical nature
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- A degree in a computing-related discipline
- A good understanding of software development methodologies e.g. Waterfall Model, object oriented design and programming

Position 3: Local Govt Pre-Sales Engineer
Responsible To: VP of Sales, North America
Job Profile:
The role will combine an in-depth technical knowledge of the client's products with a marketing mentality and customer awareness to enhance the sales effort. It also involves working with their direct sales teams, channel partners and customers and will include:
- Presenting high level solutions
- Responding to request for proposals and developing pre sales collateral.
- Working on product & customer demonstrations
- Providing support for customer workshops and presentation.
Pre-Sales Engineers must be able to work in a team environment - coordinating, motivating and leading where required. They must possess the ability to work independently to achieve objectives/targets and must represent the Company to the highest standards at all times.
Requirements:
- 4+ years Human Services experience in development or technical consultancy
- Substantial experience in technology applications: CRM, Telephony, Database, eforms, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Integration, XML, Object Oriented Applications, Java, Work Order Management, Document Management Systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to give confident and enthusiastic presentations
- Commercial awareness
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
- Experience of CRM applications and solutions would be considered useful

Position 4: Account Manager:
Responsible to: VP of Local Government & VP of State & Federal
Job Profile:
The Account Manager is responsible for maximizing our client's revenues in allocated accounts by identifying and creating opportunities for the company's software solutions while protecting accounts from competitive activities from other vendors. They are recognized by the customer as the focal point for all engagements with the company and perceived as adding value to areas of their business where our client is active. They also act as customer advocate within the company, providing appropriate information about the customer's business and enabling other groups within the company to effectively engage with the customer when required. In addition, the candidate will drive new business development in the State Health & Human Services marketplace in the West Coast territory
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering against revenue and growth targets set by the VP of LG & VP of State and Federal
- Managing the relationship between the company and the customers including fostering relationships with the company's personnel at all levels with the customer.
- Identifying and closing opportunities within the account after completion of the initial sale for Local Government and identifying and closing new business in the State marketplace
- Producing and maintaining an account plan as the key document for all activities in the account
- Working with the initial sales owner on Local Government sales to ensure a smooth transition and transfer of customer after the initial sale is completed and contracts signed
- Managing, tracking and communicating customer requirements into the company's development and solutions organizations (including change controls) after account handover from Sales team
- Keeping the customer updated with the latest company's developments including product, market and company
- Putting Post Implementations and Customer Satisfaction Review programs in place and run regular reviews
- Ensuring the customer is fully engaged and participating in user group activities
- Driving customer case studies including working with Marketing, getting studies done after the initial implementation and then keeping studies current
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- 5 years experience in the US State & Local Government sales environment with emphasis on Health & Human Services
- 2 years experience of selling products & services that address e-Government requirements
- " 3 years experience with implementations in the US State & Local Government environment with emphasis on Health & Human Services
Desirable Requirements:
- 5 years experience of US Local Government Account Management
- Knowledge of application of CRM and ECM within Local Government
- Knowledge of Public Assistance (TANF, Food Stamps and Medicaid) and Enterprise Case Management in Social Services market (e.g., Adult, Children and Family services) in US
